Clients may request to cancel a service by providing written notice via email.
Cancellation requests are valid only when acknowledged by the NirvoTech team.
Cancellations made after project commencement will be subject to deductions for any work already completed.
We follow a fair, milestone-based refund structure:
Before project initiation: 100% refund.
After initial concepts or planning: 50% refund.
After partial development/design delivery: Refund is based on the remaining undelivered work.
After project completion: No refunds are applicable.
Note:
Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
For ongoing, subscription-based services:
Cancellations must be requested 7 days before the next billing cycle.
No refunds are issued for services already rendered within the current billing period.
Service access will continue until the end of the paid period.
The following services are non-refundable:
Domain name registration
Third-party hosting, tools, or licenses
Marketing campaigns already launched
Any custom or urgent projects initiated on client approval
